Welcome to My Creative Camp. These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when you visit mycreativecamp.com, buy our paper quilling kits, bundles and supplies, or use any of our related services (together, the Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

My Creative Camp is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Your purchases are made directly with My Creative Camp.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian make it for you. When you order or create an account you agree to give us information that is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or shared.

We work hard to show our kits, tools and supplies accurately. Colors can look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and settings, and product details may change at any time without notice.

Bundles are sets of our products sold together at the bundle price shown on the bundle page. We may discontinue any product, change what is included in a bundle, or limit quantities at our discretion.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, for example a pricing error or an item that is out of stock. If we do, we will contact you using the details you gave us.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout unless stated otherwise, and promotions may have their own terms.

You confirm that the payment details you provide are yours to use, and that you will pay all charges at the prices shown. Purchases are for personal or household use. If you want to buy in bulk to resell, please see our Wholesale page.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $50, and orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS First-Class Shipping. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, and once an order is handed to the carrier the risk of loss passes to you.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original unopened packaging, and the customer pays the return shipping. An order can be cancelled only if it has not been mailed out yet.

Our craft kits and tools contain small parts, a glue bottle and a slotted quilling tool. Please follow the instructions that come with each kit and keep small parts away from young children.

Younger crafters should be supervised by an adult. Use the products only for their intended craft purpose.

Everything on our website, including the My Creative Camp name and logo, product designs, photos, videos, instructions, text and graphics, belongs to My Creative Camp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, sell, republish or modify it without our written permission.

Please use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• break any law or violate the rights of others
• send spam, malware or misleading information
• harass or harm our team or other customers
• use bots, scrapers, automated tools or AI agents to access the Services, or try to get around our security measures
• resell our products as if you were an authorised seller without our agreement

We may suspend or end your access if these Terms are broken.

Our website may link to other websites or offer tools provided by third parties, such as our affiliate program or payment providers. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, policies or services. Please read their terms before you use them.

The Services and our products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make any warranties beyond those required by law, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or our products.

You agree to protect My Creative Camp, Shopify and our team from claims that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. Shopify is not responsible for any sale between you and My Creative Camp. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of, and the courts in, the jurisdiction where My Creative Camp is headquartered. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
